This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on this website, including consumer drones, aerial drones, drone bodies, remote controllers, batteries, propellers, gimbals, chargers, storage bags, and all related accessories. It defines the rights and obligations of both customers and our store regarding after-sales services, complying with cross-border logistics regulations and the special attributes of precision drone equipment. We are committed to providing professional after-sales support and processing all return, exchange, and refund applications efficiently and fairly.
Policy Effective Date: This policy takes effect upon order payment. We reserve the right to adjust the policy in accordance with business updates and legal requirements, and the latest version will be posted on the official website.
1. Coverage & After-Sales Time Limit
1. Applicable Products: All consumer drones, aerial photography drones, original drone parts, and supporting accessories sold on our official store.
2. General After-Sales Period: Customers may apply for return, exchange, or refund within 30 calendar days after receiving the package. No free returns will be accepted beyond 30 days for non-quality issues.
3. Quality Issue Period: For factory defects, functional failures, power-on failures, and other non-artificial quality problems, after-sales applications are acceptable within 60 days after delivery confirmation.
4. Time Judgment Standard: All after-sales time limits are calculated based on the logistics delivery confirmation date. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
2. Valid Return & Refund Conditions
Applications for returns, exchanges, full or partial refunds will be approved if any of the following conditions are met with valid proof provided:
1. Product Quality Defects: Factory defects, functional abnormalities, power-on failure, gimbal stuck, abnormal shooting quality, battery charging failure, and other non-human-induced faults.
2. Shipping Errors: Wrong items, missing products or accessories, inconsistent product models and specifications with customer orders.
3. Logistics Damage: Product breakage, accessory damage, package severe damage, or missing parts caused during transportation.
4. Description Inconsistency: Obvious discrepancies in actual product parameters, functions, and configurations compared with the official website description.
5. Pre-Shipment Refund: Full unconditional refund is available at any time before the order is shipped.
6. Undelivered Order Refund: Full refund or free reshipment for lost packages, delayed delivery, or abnormal package return confirmed by logistics providers.
3. 30-Day Free Return Policy
Customers can apply for no-reason returns within 30 days after package receipt, subject to the following conditions to ensure resale eligibility:
1. Product Condition: The drone body, controller, batteries, all original accessories, official packaging, manuals, and warranty cards must be brand new, scratch-free, unused, no flight records, and no disassembly/modification traces without affecting secondary sales.
2. Complete Accessories: All original parts, gifts, and packaging materials must be returned complete. Missing items will be deducted at market price from the refund amount.
3. Battery Regulations: Drone lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods. Only unactivated, unused, non-bulging, and scratch-free batteries are eligible for free returns.
4. Non-Return & Non-Refund Exclusions
We reserve the right to reject return, exchange, or full refund applications under the following circumstances:
1. Applications submitted beyond the valid after-sales period (over 30 days for no-reason returns, over 60 days for quality issues).
2. Artificial Damage: Crashes, collision damage, water immersion, dust pollution, unauthorized disassembly, firmware cracking, circuit modification, or faults caused by non-original accessory matching.
3. Normal Wear & Tear: Conventional consumption including propeller wear, natural battery attenuation, and slight usage traces generated during normal flight.
4. Personal Reasons: Improper operation, operational errors, price fluctuations after purchase, inconsistent personal expectations, or unfamiliarity with local flight rules (non-product issues).
5. Special Products: Clearance items, defective discounted products, customized drones, and device-bound activated drones are final sale and non-returnable.
6. Force Majeure: Inability to use caused by natural disasters, policy changes, logistics restrictions, customs detention, and local flight bans.
7. Unauthorized Maintenance: Secondary damage caused by third-party repair, modification, or overhaul without our official authorization.
5. Return & Refund Process
1. Submit Application: Contact us via official customer service or email, provide your order number, detailed problem description, and clear product photos/videos for verification.
2. Official Review: We will review your application within 24 hours and reply with review results, return address, and shipping guidelines.
3. Return Shipment: After approval, securely package the product, comply with local dangerous goods shipping standards for battery-equipped drones, send it back to the designated address, and retain the logistics tracking number.
4. Inspection & Verification: We will complete product inspection, appearance check, and accessory verification within 3 working days after receiving the returned package.
5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Cross-border refund arrival time is 3-15 working days, depending on the processing cycle of payment institutions and banks.
6. Shipping Fee & Cost Rules
1. Store-Borne Fees: Shipping fees caused by product quality problems, shipping errors, logistics damage, and product description inconsistency will be covered by our store (valid logistics receipts required).
2. Customer-Borne Fees: For no-reason returns and personal-caused after-sales applications, all round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, and clearance fees shall be borne by the customer.
3. Depreciation Deduction: If the returned product has slight usage traces, damaged packaging, or missing accessories, we will deduct reasonable depreciation and accessory replacement fees based on the actual condition before refunding.
4. Rejection Fees: Customers who unreasonably reject normal delivery packages shall bear the resulting return shipping fees and customs clearance costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Refund Types
1. Full Refund: Applicable to unshipped order cancellations, irreparable severe quality defects, wrong/missing shipments without reshipment, and completely damaged products in transit.
2. Partial Refund: Applicable to single accessory damage, minor non-impact defects, and scenarios where customers retain the product and no return is required, confirmed via mutual negotiation.
3. Exchange & Resupply: Priority free exchange or accessory resupply for minor quality problems and missing parts without returning the drone body.
4. Store Credit Conversion: Customers can choose to convert the refund amount into store credit for future order deductions with permanent validity.
8. Cross-Border Order Special Provisions
1. All tariffs, value-added taxes, and customs clearance fees for cross-border orders are borne by customers by default. Tax fees caused by store-side problems will be settled through mutual negotiation.
2. Drone lithium batteries are restricted dangerous goods. Some regions do not support battery return shipping. We support negotiated partial refunds or free resupply for unreturnable eligible products with valid proof.
3. We do not provide full refunds for delivery failures or package returns caused by customs inspection and detention (non-store liability), but we will assist customers in filing logistics appeals.
9. After-Sales Guarantee Supplementary Terms
1. All brand-new drone bodies enjoy official warranty service. Free maintenance and accessory replacement are available for non-artificial faults within the warranty period.
2. We reserve the final right of judgment for all after-sales cases, based on customer-provided photos, videos, logistics vouchers, and official product inspection results.
3. We have the right to reject applications and reserve the right to pursue liability for malicious after-sales requests, false evidence, and fraudulent returns.
4. Customers who disagree with the after-sales result can contact our customer service for re-review, and we will re-verify and handle the case fairly.
