Shipping Policy
Effective Date: Latest updated and published on site
This Shipping Policy applies to all cross-border orders of drones, drone batteries, propellers, gimbals, and all supporting accessories purchased on this website. It officially defines the rules of order processing, shipping time, freight standards, delivery coverage, customs clearance, logistics exceptions, and dangerous goods transportation. By placing an order on our website, you fully read, understand, and accept all shipping terms. This policy complements our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy as a complete and binding transaction agreement.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframe
All paid and confirmed orders will be inspected, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day. Weekends and official public holidays are excluded from business days.
Shipping delays may reasonably occur due to stock replenishment, manufacturer out-of-stock situations, international logistics channel congestion, flight suspension, dangerous goods security inspection upgrades, or supply chain adjustments. We will update order progress via email without compensation liability for such uncontrollable delays.
For pre-order products, the shipping schedule follows the estimated time displayed on the product page. All pre-order lead times are for reference only and subject to actual supply chain conditions.
2. Delivery Coverage & Restricted Regions
We support cross-border delivery to most countries and regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Available shipping options and serviceable regions will be displayed at checkout.
Drones and lithium batteries are classified as international aviation dangerous goods. Certain countries and regions enforce strict import bans, battery entry restrictions, drone aerial device limitations, aviation control policies, or international sanctions. We do not ship to restricted regions. Orders targeting restricted areas will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying local drone import regulations, battery entry policies, and aerial flight rules of their destination country. We are not liable for package detention, return, confiscation, or destruction caused by local policy restrictions.
3. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Rules
International shipping fees are calculated in real time based on product weight, volume, destination country, and selected logistics channel. All shipping charges are clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of the displayed shipping fee.
All product prices on the website do not include international shipping fees, import tariffs, VAT, customs clearance fees, or local handling charges. All cross-border import-related expenses are borne solely by the recipient.
We offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders in designated regions from time to time. Free shipping terms, threshold, and coverage are subject to the specific activity rules. Promotions cannot be cashed out or stacked with other offers.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
All delivery times are estimated for reference only and not legally guaranteed. Actual delivery speed depends on customs clearance efficiency, weather conditions, international flight schedules, and local last-mile delivery performance.
- Europe & North America: 7–15 business days - Southeast Asia & Australia: 5–12 business days - Middle East, South America & Remote Areas: 12–25 business days
Delivery delays are common during peak shopping seasons, international holidays, policy adjustments, and customs intensive inspection periods. We provide logistics follow-up support but do not offer delay compensation.
5. Lithium Battery & Dangerous Goods Shipping Standards
All drones and loose lithium batteries sold on our website are packed, declared, and shipped in strict accordance with IATA international dangerous goods transportation standards to ensure cross-border shipping compliance.
Battery-containing products can only be shipped through designated dangerous goods logistics channels. Customers cannot independently change or replace shipping methods for battery-included orders.
Battery shipments may face random security inspections, temporary detention, or short-term delays during cross-border transit. These are normal industry situations and do not constitute shipping faults or grounds for compensation.
6. Customs Clearance & Duty Liability
We are responsible for export customs declaration of outgoing packages. All destination import clearance, customs inspection, duty payment, and local administrative procedures are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If local customs require supplementary payment of tariffs, VAT, or clearance fees, the customer must complete payment in a timely manner. Package return, detention, forfeiture, or destruction caused by unpaid fees shall be borne by the customer.
Drones are high-inspection commodities in global customs supervision. Customs spot-checks, temporary holds, and extended clearance time are normal and do not qualify us for liability or compensation obligations.
7. Logistics Exception Handling & Compensation Rules
Confirmed Lost Packages: We offer a full refund or free reshipment for packages officially confirmed as lost by the logistics provider, with no additional compensation.
Transit Damage: Customers must submit damage photos, videos, and waybill proof within 24 hours after receiving the package. Verified transit damage is eligible for product resupply, replacement, or partial refund.
Delivery Delay: We provide active logistics tracking and follow-up assistance but assume no liability for delay compensation.
Customer-Caused Exceptions: Wrong address, unsuccessful delivery, recipient refusal, or unclaimed packages will generate return shipping and customs fees. Such costs will be deducted from any refund application.
8. Package Acceptance Rules
Customers are required to inspect package integrity, product condition, and accessory completeness before signing for delivery.
A signed delivery confirmation represents that the package is intact, complete, and in good logistics condition. No damage or missing-part complaints will be accepted without valid evidence after signature.
Third-party collection, including parcel station pickup, guard reception, or family member signature, is regarded as valid official delivery completion.
9. Policy Update Terms
We reserve the right to update and revise this Shipping Policy according to logistics channel adjustments, international dangerous goods rules, and local import policy changes. Updated terms take effect immediately after website publication. Continued ordering and website use constitute acceptance of the latest policy.
All matters not specified in this Shipping Policy shall be subject to our official Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
