4.3 We are not liable for delivery failure, package detention, return, or delay caused by customs inspection, policy control, aviation restrictions, weather factors, flight suspension, or other uncontrollable external factors. We will provide necessary logistics inquiry and follow-up assistance within our capacity.

4.4 Users shall inspect package integrity and product condition upon receiving the goods. Signed delivery confirmation shall be deemed as recognition of intact package and complete product delivery. No unsubstantiated damage or missing claims will be accepted after signature.

5. After-Sales & Return Rules
